Since 2004, I've been utilizing the transformational power of shadow work in my life. Under the direct guidance of Debbie Ford, the CEO and Founder of The Ford Institute, I found Carl Jung's work on the shadow to be deeply revelational and incredibly healing. This coaching method allowed me to heal undigested pain, clear emotional debris, redefine the word victim to mean something closer to hero, gain more personal freedom, and uplevel my life by following my dreams. With nearly 20 years of experience and a leading expert on the shadow and its power to affect our daily behavior, and ultimately, our lives, I'm able to hold a safe space so my clients can dig deep, build self-trust, become their own heroes, and rock their one precious life.
